GN+VIDA Arnica Tea (Té de Árnica) is a single-ingredient herbal tea made from Arnica montana flowers. This product comes in a convenient box containing 30 tea bags, each weighing 0.10 oz (3g), for a total net weight of 3.17 oz (90g).
Arnica has been traditionally used in various herbal preparations. This tea is prepared by steeping one tea bag in hot water (approximately 65°C/149°F) for 3-5 minutes. The tea can be sweetened with honey, sugar, or sugar substitute according to taste, and can also be enjoyed as an iced tea.
Preparation Instructions:
- Place hot water (65°C approx.) in a cup and add the tea bag
- Wait 3 to 5 minutes
- Sweeten with honey, sugar, or sugar substitute if desired
- Can be enjoyed hot or over ice
