Q: What name will appear on my credit card statement?

A: Charges will appear as “mexitea dba Is Olive Inc” (sometimes in all caps depending on your bank).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $25 shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS processing times.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Orders are usually processed within [1–2 business days]. Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage generally takes 5–7 business days for delivery. These time frames are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Tea & Preparation

Q: How do I prepare the tea I bought?

A: Each product page includes basic preparation instructions. As a general guide, we recommend:

  • Herbal teas: Steep 5–7 minutes in just-boiled water.
  • Black teas: Steep 3–5 minutes in just-boiled water.
  • Green teas: Steep 2–3 minutes in slightly cooler water (around 175–185°F / 80–85°C).

Always adjust to taste, and follow any specific instructions printed on the packaging.

Q: How should I store my tea?

A: Store your tea in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors. Reseal the package tightly after each use.
