Return Period

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. This limited return window ensures product quality and safety for all customers.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Product Condition

  • Items must remain in completely sealed condition
  • Products must be unopened and unused
  • Items must not be tampered with or altered in any way
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Important Note

Items that do not meet these strict conditions will be considered unacceptable for return and will not be eligible for refund.

Types of Returns

Standard Returns

For standard returns of eligible items:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must meet all eligibility requirements listed above

Incorrect Product Shipped

If we shipped an incorrect item:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you

Damaged on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Immediate documentation required: Take clear photos of both the outside shipping box and the contents inside showing how the product was damaged
  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details for our investigation
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund

Return Process

  2. Obtain Return Authorization: Receive return instructions and authorization number
  3. Package Item Securely: Ensure item remains in original sealed condition
  4. Ship Return: Use provided return label (for our errors) or arrange your own shipping
  5. Await Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and refund processing

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Refunds for returns received in new, acceptable condition will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your card account, depending on your financial institution

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Non-Returnable Items
